  3. In a pan with a little hot oil, brown the chicken breast pieces. Stir them constantly to penetrate well and then take them out on a plate.
  4. In the same pan in which you hardened the meat, put the mushrooms and let them simmer.
  5. Over mushrooms, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well.
  6. Pour 300 ml of water over the mushrooms and flour.
  7. Mix very well until it starts to boil and until a sauce is formed.
  8. Add the meat to this sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Then add the cream and let the preparation boil for 3 minutes.
  10. At the end, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix.

Ciulamaua with mushrooms and chicken breast is served hot, with parsley sprinkled on top. A polenta is also ideal for seasoning this dish. You can also eat chicken ciulamaua with mushrooms and french fries, with mashed potatoes or rice and a green salad next to it. In addition, it is just as tasty and served as such, but you can add extra flavor by pressing a little cheese when the food is hot. If you like garlic, you can also add it to the sauce.

However, there are many other ways to enjoy the taste of a portion of mushroom ciulama, for example, it can be used as a filling for pancakes, rolls or pies.

The mushroom stew can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and is a very nutritious and healthy dish. Give yourself 30 minutes to prepare this traditional recipe and be inspired by the ways of serving that I mentioned. You will not regret!

Mix everything well and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Then add the cream, mix and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.

Method of preparation

2. Then put the chicken pieces, a piece of butter, pour the wine and water so that they cover 1/3 of the chicken.

3. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is ready.

4. Remove the boiled mushrooms and meat and strain the soup.

5. Prepare sauce: lightly fry the flour in butter and dilute it with chicken broth, boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring, so as not to form lumps, strain the mixture, add the mushrooms (if the mushrooms are small, then put them whole, and if they are large, cut them in half) and finely chopped and hardened onions, season with salt and black pepper and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

6. Put the pieces of meat in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes, add a piece of butter at the end.
