Mix the butter (at room temperature) with the powdered sugar.

Add ground walnuts, eggs, honey, baking powder and finally flour.

We get an elastic dough that we will keep cold for at least an hour.

After this time has elapsed, take the dough out of the fridge, spread it on the work table and cut the cookies into the desired shapes.

Place the cookies in a tray lined with baking paper, bake them at a moderate temperature until lightly browned.

After they have cooled, glue 2 cookies each using a start of quince jam or plum jam.

Prepare the icing over low heat by melting the chocolate in 4-5 tablespoons of whipped cream.

Grease the cookies with icing and decorate with pieces of tree candies and colored candies.
