  • 1 bag of spaghetti

  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 ml of tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with meatballs:

Boil the pasta in salted water and a little oil (when the water boils add the pasta). Cook the onion, add the flour and tomato paste. Leave for about 1-2 minutes on the fire, stirring constantly. Then, gradually add the tomato juice and mix again. Let it boil until it thickens, and at the end add the spices and crushed garlic. Pass the spaghetti under a stream of cold water and mix them with 50 g butter and 100 ml sour cream. Then, add the pasta, sauce and meatballs, and on top I added basil.
