Knead a dough, put a third in the freezer and put the rest of the dough in the refrigerator.

The dough is worked in a bowl.
Butter rubs the foam. Rub the sugar with the yolks and egg whites and then mix with the butter and flour.
I used powdered sugar. After mixing all the ingredients, the dough seemed extremely sticky and with too little flour in it, so with my strength I added so much until I got the desired dough.
The dough obtained is kept cold for at least two hours, it can stay overnight.
I prepared the apples, I cleaned them. they are given by grater, robot, etc. I put the hardened apples in a little butter, about the size of a walnut and I added the sugar, cinnamon and the gamali from about 3 cloves, crushing them well between the fingers.

Special for Christmas: cake with flavored apples
You need a large bowl in which you can easily mix the ingredients. First rub the butter well with the sugar until it becomes a foam. Then add the vanilla essence and eggs and mix. When they are homogenous, add in the rain the flour in which you mixed the baking soda, crushed almonds and honey, and mix gently until incorporated, and the dough becomes uniform.
Peel two apples and cut them into small cubes. When you're done, add them to the dough and mix well.
You need a round tray or a cake tin that is good to grease with butter and line with flour. Pour the mixture into the pan until evenly distributed. Place thinly sliced apple slices on top and powder the cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celius and leave the tray for about 30 minutes, without opening.
How to serve apple pie
This delicious apple cake is a perfect dessert for the Christmas meal. Cut it into slices and simply serve it with a cup of mulled wine.
I admit that I did not give credit to this cake, but now, if I still spend all my time at home, I tried the recipe. I adapted the original recipe, using healthy ingredients and a fine cake came out, with an intense aroma of apple, vanilla and cinnamon, poor in dough, but rich in apples. - 120 ml coconut milk
- 50 g raisins
- 25 g melted and cooled coconut oil
- 7 medium to large apples
Method of preparation :
Same as a common pancake batter. Beat eggs well, add milk (including hydrated raisins), agave syrup, coconut oil, continuing to stir vigorously. Then add vanilla sugar (or essence), cinnamon and flour in the rain, baking powder, salt and let the dough rest until the apples are ready.
Peel them, remove the spine and then cut them into thin slices (transparent). Carefully incorporate the slices into the dough and mix carefully so that each slice is well smeared with dough.
Put the whole composition in a large tray, in a thin layer (like a finger), otherwise the dough will remain raw. We carefully arrange the entire composition, leveling it easily with our hands. We start like this: for a countertop we use: 4 yolks mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons
We peel the apples and put them in cold water with lemon juice so that they do not oxidize until we finish cleaning.
