A divine salad! Very easy to do! It is suitable for many foods and is cool and extremely filling!
- Israeli couscous (pearl) - 1 pack
- Gorgonzola Bergader by Delaco - 200 g
- Red bell peppers - 1 piece
- Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
- Fresh coriander - 1 bunch
- Cucumber Fabio - 1 pc
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Dehydrated cranberries - 100 g
- Red onion - 2 pcs
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons
- Fresh lime - 2 tbsp
- Hot peppers - 1/2 piece
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with Israeli couscous and gorgonzola Bergader by Delaco:
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package and then put it in a large, roomy bowl;
Moisten the knife blade and cut Gorgonzola into cubes;
Add it over the couscous;
Cut the cucumber, bell pepper and small diced onions (Brunoise) and cherry tomatoes into 4;
Finely chop the hot pepper;
Put them over fish, along with olives, dehydrated cranberries, parsley and freshly chopped coriander;
Add olive oil and fresh lime, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
