Makes 1 cup
1 1” piece horseradish, peeled, thinly sliced
¼ tsp black peppercorns, crushed or chopped
8 ounces vodka
Combine horseradish, black pepper, and vodka in a large jar. Cover and let sit at at least 3 days and up to 1 month. Strain before using.
