Horseradish–Black Pepper Vodka

Horseradish–Black Pepper Vodka

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 1” piece horseradish, peeled, thinly sliced

  • ¼ tsp black peppercorns, crushed or chopped

  • 8 ounces vodka

Recipe Preparation

  • Combine horseradish, black pepper, and vodka in a large jar. Cover and let sit at at least 3 days and up to 1 month. Strain before using.
