How to make chocolate and chilli muffins
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and yeast) and mix.
In another bowl, melt the butter, then mix it with the egg and milk.
Now pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix quickly. The result will be a dense and full-bodied dough.
