The vegetable crumble it is a side dish that can be prepared on various occasions. Tasty fresh vegetables to sauté, Parmesan cheese and flour to mix and make the surface golden, this is what the crumble in question is made of. Whether you are a vegetarian or not, this very easy side dish will surely please you and most likely it will appeal to even the most capricious children who do not particularly like vegetables. How to make vegetable crumble
Wash your vegetables, peel them and cut them into cubes, washers and strips (depending on the vegetable).
In a large pan, sauté the onion with oil, then add the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes, adding salt.
Prepare the crumble by working the flour, Parmesan, salt and butter cut into chunks with your hands.
You will get a crumbly mixture.
At this point, transfer the vegetables to an ovenproof dish and cover them with the crumble just obtained.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
