Method
How to make salted pumpkin pancakes
In a bowl, mix the flour, egg yolk and instant yeast.
Add the milk and continue beating until everything is blended.
Aside, whip the egg white until stiff.
Add it to the mixture and mix gently.
Now add the parmesan and pecorino, mixing.
