Penne al baffo recipe by of 06-10-2015 [Updated on 07-10-2015]
Penne al baffo are a delicious dish of which there are different variations around Italy, from that with speck and zucchini from Trentino to that with seafood from Sicily. The common matrix of all the recipes I've seen around is the presence of a sautéed onion and the addition of cream and tomato to the dressing, which create a mouth-watering cream, hence the name of the dish;) I chose to use the recipe of penne al baffo that several girls proposed on the Facebook group of Misya's recipes, with the addition of cooked ham and parsley, and in my house it was super appreciated. Speaking of the Fb group, I wanted to announce that a new contest starts today that is giving away the gadgets of the site: every day the first person who shares the recipe of the day on the group will win a shopper and a T-shirt branded our website. , so if you are registered on Facebook, I invite you to participate :) Girls I leave you to the pens in the mustache, maybe I have given you a quick idea for lunch, kisses and good day.
