Baked chicken with potatoes is perhaps the most classic of Italian main courses. How to make baked chicken with potatoes
Arrange a crushed clove of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl and cover with oil. Let the oil rest for half an hour.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks
Cut the chicken into pieces and rinse it under running water.
Cut the chicken pieces and arrange them on a non-stick baking sheet together with a sprig of rosemary.
Brush the chicken pieces with the flavored oil.
Add the potatoes to the pan along with the chicken, and pour over the remaining aromatic oil.
