Chocolate pudding is a recipe that I still missed on the blog. A spoon dessert prepared with simple ingredients such as milk, sugar, butter and chocolate, a classic but much loved, which brings us back to childhood memories. If you like, you can customize it, for example by adding grated orange peel, a teaspoon of instant coffee or a tablespoon of rum or baileys. The chocolate pudding it can be divided into single portions or poured into a single mold. You can serve it plain or sprinkled with icing sugar, I opted to make convenient single portions then decorated with a sprig of whipped cream and a blackberry. To make my pudding I used the recipe reported in the chocolate lasagna, it is egg-free and among all those tasted, at the moment it is my favorite version. How to make chocolate pudding
Chop the chocolate and set it aside.
Put the milk and the vanilla pod in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, in another thick-bottomed saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the sugar and mix.
Add the chocolate and let it melt, continuing to mix.
Also add the flour, all at once and mix.
Finally, slowly add the boiling milk (after eliminating the vanilla).
Let it simmer, stirring constantly, for at least 5 minutes.
Pour the pudding into slightly wet silicone molds (you can also use the disposable aluminum ones) and let it cool.
Then put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Turn out very gently and serve your chocolate puddings immediately.
