How to make coconut crumble
Prepare the coconut cream by starting to work yogurt, ricotta, flour, sugar and finally the coconut milk.
Chop the biscuits in a mixer, put them in a bowl and add the cream.
Mix the two ingredients, mixing with your fingers and, when you get a mixture of "crumbs", transfer half of them into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Compact the base to the edges.
Take the coconut cream and use it for the filling, leveling the surface.
Now use the remaining crumbly mixture to cover and sprinkle with coconut flour.
Transfer to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Your coconut crumble is ready to be served.
