Sour pork soup with cabbage juice

Wash the meat, put it in a pot, cover it with water, salt it and put it on the fire. When it starts to boil, remove the foam. Leave it on the fire for a few more minutes (5-6), then throw the water and pass the pieces of bone and meat through a stream of warm water. Put the bones and pieces of meat back in the pot, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, cover the pot with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 50 minutes.

During this time we deal with vegetables. We clean the celery and the bell pepper, we cut them into cubes, we clean the onion and leave it whole (I do this, and at the end I take it out of the soup), we clean the carrots and cut them into rounds, and we peel the tomato and then we cut it into small cubes. I want to tell you that in fact everyone will cut the vegetables to their liking.

Add the vegetables and if necessary add more water. Season with pepper to taste. We don't add salt anymore because the cabbage juice also has salt and we finally let it taste and see if we have to add more.

When everything is well cooked, take out the onion and add the tomato juice and cabbage juice (which we strained before). Add the cabbage juice depending on how sour we want it to be. When the soup starts to boil, add the finely chopped dried larch, season with salt and pepper and leave on the fire for another 10 minutes from the moment of cooking.

Boil the noodles separately in salted water, then drain and rinse with cold water. Remove from the heat and add the noodles.

Sweet cabbage soup with pork bones

Sweet cabbage soup with sour pork bones with borscht is a healthy, simple, nutritious and very consistent food, suitable for cold and cold days. It is easily prepared with ingredients available to anyone and can be served both for lunch and dinner.

Method of preparation:
Pork bones are portioned into suitable pieces, then washed in cold water.

We put the washed bones in a pot.

Add 3 liters of water, cover with a lid and bring to the boil.

When the water boils and the foam is formed, we will remove it with a foamer, we collect the closed foam until the formed foam becomes white.

We then boil the bones until the meat begins to come off them. We take the bones out of the soup, and we strain the soup through a fine sieve.

Peel the carrots, wash them and chop them into cubes. Celery is cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely.

Onions are cleaned, washed, cut into scales. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely.

The cabbage is cleaned of the first leaves, then washed, cut it into strips, I used half of a cabbage.

Boil salted water in a pot. When the water boils, add the chopped cabbage and leave it on the fire for a maximum of 5 minutes, just enough for the cabbage to burn, to soften a little.

When the cabbage has softened, take it out of the water with a spoon or empty the pot through a strainer (sieve) then leave it aside.

We take the pot in which we will prepare the soup, we add 2-3 tablespoons of oil, we heat the oil, then we add first the onion that we heat a little.

After 1 minute, add the finely chopped kapia pepper and claim another 2-3 minutes.

Then add the rest of the raw vegetables: carrots, parsnips and celery, which we will cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add hot bone soup over the vegetables and mix, continue to add the soup little by little until the vegetables are almost cooked.

Then add the boiled cabbage.
Over all, we pour the bone juice, which we passed through strainers and pork bones (you can also debon the meat on the bones and add only meat to the soup). Put a pinch of salt and pepper and let it boil for 15 minutes, then add borscht and salt to taste and boil the borscht for another 10 minutes. At the end we add the green parsley.

If we want to season the soup with yogurt or sour cream, and we don't add borscht, we proceed as follows: we put in the bowl of the mixer: the yogurt, the whole egg and a spoonful of starch. I mix at first at low speed to incorporate the starch, then at high speed about 1-2 minutes. Over the mixture in the bowl, pour some polonium with hot soup, mix, then empty everything into the pot and mix. Leave on the flame for another 2-3 minutes while adding green dill in this case, season with salt and pepper if necessary and turn off the heat, the soup is ready.

Sour sweet cabbage soup with borscht is served hot, with green or pickled hot peppers, sour cream and fresh bread.

The soup is very good and without cream or yogurt.

PORK RIB SOUP

In such cold and rainy weather, oh pork rib soup warm and tasty, it works great. Especially if it's made with homemade noodles and you put a fluffy homemade bread and a hot pepper next to it. What do you say?

  • 70-80 g flour

How to prepare homemade noodles

First put the boiled pork ribs in a pot with a little salt. Boil over low-medium heat and then froth whenever necessary.

Meanwhile, wash, clean and chop the vegetables.

Then we make homemade noodles.

Salt to taste and cook until the vegetables soften. Add the tomato juice, sour to taste and add the noodles. Boil for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add the chopped larch and the soup is ready.

*You can also sour it with cabbage juice if you have it, but you have to be careful with the amount of salt. It has a wonderful taste.

Eat it hot with bread or polenta and, necessarily, with hot peppers. Enjoy!

If we want one soup rich but not very heavy on the stomach, we confidently prepare smoked ciolan soup with cabbage juice, which contains a lot of vegetables, and the meat is well cooked and very tasty.
Even though the holidays were barely over, because I was gone and I ate food prepared at the restaurant, I really missed a sour soup with cabbage juice and I found myself buying a wonderful smoked pork chop, so I didn't resisted the temptation and here, I prepared smoked ciolan soup with cabbage juice.
A miracle soup!
I also ate a real and rich food, like at my mother's house, although I was the mother who prepared it.
Smoked ciolan soup with cabbage juice is a very cheap soup, on a large and very nice smoked ciolan soup I paid only 12 lei (!) If you can believe it.
It was a smoked steak full of meat, with very little fat on the outside, so I had a big pot full of meat and a very rich soup.

Beat the sour cream with the yolks and pour into the soup when it is at a moderate temperature. Put a handful of chopped parsley and serve with hot peppers. Good appetite!

Sour bean soup with cabbage juice
